Disconnect QuickBooks

Effective October 19, 2026

To stop Mama Love Operations from accessing your QuickBooks company, revoke its connection inside QuickBooks. Opening this page does not disconnect anything or confirm that a disconnection has occurred.

Remove the connection in QuickBooks

Sign in to the correct QuickBooks company with the account that authorized the app, or ask that company administrator for help.

1. In QuickBooks, open Integrations → Manage integrations.
2. Find the Intuit app used for Mama Love Operations. Its developer registration may still be named Mama Love Test App; check the selected company before continuing.
3. Open its action menu and choose Disconnect. If that option is absent, open the integration's settings and look for Disconnect there.
4. Complete any questions shown, then confirm the disconnection in QuickBooks.

Your existing records

Disconnecting does not undo accounting transactions already created in QuickBooks, delete Mama Love's saved orders or expenses, or erase posting history. For record corrections, account removal, or data requests, contact Jad or Wael, your Mama Love app administrator.

Connect again later

Open Mama Love Operations, sign in with your approved administrator account, then select Cash Box → Connect QuickBooks. Authorize the intended company and review the displayed company name before posting any entries.
