End-user license agreement

Mama Love Operations is an internal business application operated by Mama Love LLC. These terms apply to people authorized by Mama Love LLC to use the app for its business operations.

Authorized use

Mama Love LLC permits authorized staff and administrators to use the app to record and review business sales, expenses, cash activity, products, and market references, within their assigned permissions. This permission is limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and ends when Mama Love LLC withdraws access. Access to this page does not grant access to business records.

Account and record responsibilities

Use your own approved account, protect access to your device, and enter accurate business information. Do not share credentials, bypass permissions, access another person's account, or enter information unrelated to Mama Love's operations. Report suspected unauthorized access or incorrect records to a Mama Love administrator.

QuickBooks connection and posting

Only a designated Mama Love administrator may authorize the QuickBooks connection or change its account mapping. Authorized app administrators must review the company, date, amount, and expense account before confirming a posting. A confirmed production posting creates a real accounting transaction. Test-environment results do not establish that production settings or tax treatment are correct.

The current production integration supports individual cash expenses. Cash-sales posting remains unavailable until production tax accounting is configured and verified. The app does not automatically post historical entries. Previously entered manual QuickBooks transactions must be reconciled before posting corresponding app records.

Business review and availability

The app supports recordkeeping; it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Mama Love remains responsible for reviewing and reconciling its books and meeting its obligations. Software or external services may be unavailable or return errors. Check the saved record or posting status before retrying an uncertain operation, and ask an administrator to investigate discrepancies.

Ownership and third-party services

Mama Love retains its rights in its business records and app content. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party software, trademarks, or services. ChatGPT sign-in and hosting services and Intuit QuickBooks are subject to their providers' separate terms. This app is operated by Mama Love LLC, not by Intuit.

Privacy, changes, and support

The Privacy policy describes the app's data handling. Mama Love may update the app, permissions, or these terms; this page shows the effective date. For questions, corrections, access removal, or help disconnecting QuickBooks, contact the Mama Love LLC administrator who provided your access, Jad or Wael.
